Center for Change in Transition Services

The Center for Change in Transition Services (CCTS) is a Washington State Needs Project that works to improve post-school outcomes for students with disabilities in the state.

Since its official launch in early 2011, the Seattle University Youth Initiative is lauded as visionary, collaborative and empowering for this Central District neighborhood. The Youth Initiative is a major focus for the university and offers in-depth community engagement opportunities that focus on educating youth and supporting families.
