The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) supports the SU community with positioning scholarship and projects for external funding, submitting competitive grant proposals, and maintaining compliance with active grant awards. The OSP offers quarterly workshops and events to celebrate the scholarly achievements of Seattle University. Supporting the Grants Lifecycle

The OSP looks forward to supporting you through project conceptualization, funding identification, proposal development and submission, and management of your award. Follow the links below for support with each step of the funding lifecycle, and read about your colleagues’ accomplishments and impacts!

Apply for a Sponsored Project

The OSP guides you through the proposal process with particular emphasis on budget development, assuring compliance with sponsor and university policies; and increasing competitiveness through reviewing for alignment with sponsor criteria and format, and proposal editing, as requested and time allows. Please note all proposals are due in our OneAegis system 10 business days in advance of the sponsor deadline.

Manage an Award

While you’re busy carrying out your project, OSP can support the compliance, financial management, and any needed revisions throughout the project period.
