Off-Campus Housing for Upper Division, Graduate and Law Students

At Seattle University, undergraduate students live on campus for the first two years. Upper division and graduate students may live on campus or find housing off campus. 

We have five on-campus apartment buildings available for juniors, seniors, and graduate students, offering a comfortable and convenient living experience. Among these options is The Douglas and Vi Hilbert Residence Hall, an inviting space designed to enhance your university journey. Space in these on-campus apartments is limited due to high demand, making early application crucial. 

If on-campus housing is not available, off-campus student housing is a great alternative. You can explore the various possibilities and find the perfect fit for your needs.

We’re here to help you get started. Even though it may feel challenging to move off campus, it can also be fun. You’ll get to be more independent, explore different parts of Seattle and prepare for life after college. Who knows? You just might move into a place you’ll love for years to come.
