Information for Non-Government Organizations

If you would like to host a student intern, please fill out our Internship Placement Information Form.

Student and NGO Obligations

There is no financial cost to the NGO that accepts a student from the IDIP or RDGP programs.

We ask the following of NGOs:

  • Sign a mutually acceptable agreement between Seattle University and the receiving organization.
  • Obtain housing for the student with a responsible family. The family should provide meals for the student.
  • Meet the student at the airport upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide an academic Scope of Work (SOW) assigment for the student.
