Alumni Award Categories
Alumnus/Alumna of the Year Award: Presented for outstanding leadership and service to the community and to Seattle University (alumni).
University Service Award: Presented to one who has provided outstanding service to the University (alumni and non-alumni eligible).
Professional Achievement Award: Presented for outstanding achievement in the professional arena (alumni).
Community Service Award: Presented for exceptional service to the community through volunteer or professional activities (alumni).
Distinguished Teaching Award: Presented to a Seattle University faculty member who has made a special contribution to students. (alumni and non-alumni eligible).
Outstanding Recent Alumnus/Alumna: Presented to a recent graduate (1998-2008) for outstanding leadership and service to the community and to Seattle University (new award as of January 2007).
