Stephen Rice, assistant professor of criminal justice, co-authored two essays on early scholars' keys to success in The Criminologist, the official newsletter of the American Society of Criminology. In the columns, he and colleagues outline best practices in areas to include academic position searches, professional preparation, and the application and interview process. You can read the essays at May/June and September/October.
