Title:

Jujitsu

Description: Jujitsu is a martial art developed in ancient Japan and is a very broad-based skill which involves throwing, grappling, constrictions, joint-locks, striking, nerve techniques, weapons defense, restorative massage and resuscitation techniques. This course is open to beginning students, as well as those with previous Jujitsu Experience. Students will be eligible to test for rank and have that rank recognized on a national level by various Jujitsu organizations. This class is open to anyone age 16 and older, or with Sensei’s approval.
