12th and Cherry Development

The 12th and Cherry Project is a mixed use building with commercial/retail on the first floor and three floors of residential units on the north and west side of the building. The south and east side of the building have 5 floors of residential beginning at street level. There will also be a below grade parking garage. The housing will be used primarly for students associated with Seattle University.

Project Gallery

Facilities Services has multiple projects of all shapes and sizes, ranging from Design and Constructions's major capital projects to Facilities Operations planned maintenance to Support Service's furniture installations.  All projects aim to implement as many sustainable practices as possible and to improve the quality of the campus.
