Jordan Fester is a scholar from Palo Alto, CA where she attends Henry M Gunn High School. She has a 4.0 unweighted GPA and has transformative plans to pursue her degree in nursing at Seattle U. Jordan’s passions consist of empowering young women, accessibility to healthcare, and patient advocacy. Social justice is also extremely important to Jordan as a Hispanic woman who has witnessed and experienced racism and extreme bias throughout her education. Her career in the healthcare field is starting strong with her involvement in internships at Stanford, starting Imprinting the Future and Essential Heroes Campaign, and engaging in multiple leadership roles. Jordan believes that being a “Jesuit-educated nurse” will further prepare her to serve patients holistically and with the highest care.
