Maya Ruedaflores attends Ramona Convent Secondary School in Alhambra, CA, where she has earned a 4.28 weighted GPA. She identifies as American Indian & indigenous Mexican and hopes to pursue Chemistry at Seattle University. A multi-talented student, Maya has been involved in her school’s theater program, class council, and is a varsity soccer player. During her Sullivan interview she highlighted that she felt called to be an ally for the Seattle Native community. She is also excited to engage with Seattle U’s Environmental Justice and Sustainability program.
