Employee Orca Enrollment:

For benefits eligible employees who wish to enroll into the Orca Program, enrollment is completed in person in the Public Safety Office Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm.  You will need your SU ID card for enrollment.  The Public Safety Office is located in the Columbia Building (CLMB 002). Please note, if you have a current parking permit [annual, academic year, or carpool], you will need to cancel the permit to enroll into the Orca program [virtual permit cancellation form].  Payroll deduction for Orca begins the date of enrollment.

Employee Orca Disenrollment:

E-mail transitpass@seattleu.edu that you wish to disenroll from the Orca Program. Disenrollment stops your payroll deduction.  Please note, disenrollment from Orca will occur the date Transportation and Parking Services is contacted to request disenrollment.  No retroactive disenrollment. No credits or refunds for payroll deduction that have already been processed due to not disenrolling from Orca program.

  • Orca Transit Passes subsidized at 75%, are available to benefits eligible employees who do not currently have a monthly parking pass.

It is the employee’s responsibility to order Orca Flex parking permits prior to parking on campus.  The permits are ordered through iParq [log in with SU Credentials]. The Orca Flex parking permits are for the specified 3-month term.  Any unused Orca Flex parking permits at the end of the academic term are forfeited.  For parking more than the allotted amount of Orca Flex parking permits provided for the academic term, employee Pay by the Day permits must be ordered through iParq prior to parking on campus.  For iParq tutorials, please click here.  For parking questions, please contact Transportation and Parking Services Monday-Friday from 8:30AM - 4:00PM by calling 206-296-5992, or by e-mailing parkingservices@seattleu.edu.

For future Orca Flex parking permits that have already been ordered and need the date changed, the written request must be submitted in writing to Transportation and Parking Services at parkingservices@seattleu.edu and include what future date the ordered permit is requested to be changed to.  Orca Flex parking permits cannot be changed to dates outside of the iParq date range of the academic term for which the Orca Flex parking permits are for.  Expired Orca Flex parking permits will not be reactivated and changed to a future date.  Failure to order an Orca Flex parking permit that resulted in a parking citation in the past, an Orca Flex parking permit for a past date cannot be retroactively ordered to negate the citation. Failure to order an Orca Flex parking permit that resulted in a parking citation, any unused Orca Flex parking permits do not negate the citation.

ORCA Flex Parking is 12 days per 3-month term ordered through iParq (The Permit Store).  The Orca Flex Parking Permit must be ordered prior to parking on campus.
