About this Program

Designed for working professionals who already have a master’s degree, the Program Administrator, Post-Master’s Certificate offers weekend class times to fit an educator's schedule. Complete this certificate in only four quarters. A new cohort begins every summer for this certificate program.

Learning Outcomes

  • Possess a well defined conception of their own leadership shaped by an abiding love for their community and a deep understanding of critical pedagogy and educational justice. 
  • Apply leadership theory to practice, drawing on research to manage complex change and ensure that all students can thrive in our schools.
  • Develop an expansive toolbox of skills to manage the dynamic operations of schools and educational organizations.
  • Learn and graduate as a cohort, establishing a model network of professional learning & mutual support that they carry into their leadership practice.

Course of Study

Our Program Administrator, Post-Master's Certificate is designed to be completed in a single calendar year (July-June) but can be extended to be completed over 6-8 quarters, if desired.
