Business, Sustainability & Innovation
About this Program
You mean besides being a cosmopolitan, diverse, exciting, and endlessly explorable city brimming with creativity, innovation, new ideas, and boundless energy? Well, there’s also the fact that Berlin is at the center of European and global politics and economics and, along with the rest of Germany, it leads the way in sustainability efforts, with an ambitious plan to become completely carbon neutral by 2050. Berlin is the home to countless innovative startups, many of which also focus on sustainability issues. At the same time, Germany is home to many massive (and more traditional) manufacturing conglomerates (think Volkswagen, Merck, BMW, Siemens, and many more). What we’re saying is this: if you’re looking to study Business, Sustainability, and Innovation in one of the world’s most historically, economically, politically, and culturally exciting cities, you can’t beat Berlin.
