Cortona, Anghiari, Multipulciano, and Montevarchi are all in easy reach. In the two weeks before the second Sunday of September, Sansepolcro hosts The Palio Festival transforms to celebrate fascinating cultural and spectacular initiatives involving all the historical associations of the city. Music performances, dances, feasts, parades and events capture the enthusiasm of residents and thousands of tourists.
