The Undergraduate Admissions Office offers a number of admissions events throughout the year to help you learn more about Seattle University and navigate the admissions process. We hope to see you at one!

Redhawk Summer Fridays

Summer 2024

Join us for Redhawk Summer Fridays in Seattle, an extended visit option that allows you to learn more about our Redhawk community, hear from campus partners and current Seattle University students, find out about important financial aid resources, and take a tour of campus. First-year and transfer students, along with their guests, are all welcome.

Did you know most students at Seattle U come from families making less than $120,000 annually? Additionally, the average SU student borrows over $10,000 less than the national average, and 26% do not need to take out any loans.

Join representatives from student life offices across campus, along with current Redhawks, for a panel about the student experience inside and outside the classroom. Ask your questions and get some answers!

Campus Tour and Specialized Options
Explore our Beautiful Park in the City
Join one of our student ambassadors as they show you our stunning campus in the heart of the city, which is also a designated Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary and a qualified Wildlife Habitat.

In addition to a general campus tour, you'll have the chance to visit specialized areas of your interest, including:

  • Athletics Fitness Center
  • Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science spaces
  • Billodue Makerspace (learn 3-D printing, laser and vinyl cutting, glasswork, sewing, fiber arts, bike maintenance)
  • Engineering spaces
  • E-Sports Lounge and Student Center
  • Lee Center for the Arts (State-of-the-art performance and exhibition space)
  • The Chapel of St. Ignatius

I can't attend a Redhawk SUmmer Friday. How can I learn more about Seattle U?

There are a number of ways to learn more about Seattle University! Attend a campus tour and information session on another Monday-Thursday this summer, contact your assigned Admissions Counselor, or take our Virtual Tour.

Fall Preview Day

November 2, 2024

Fall Preview Day provides opportunities for prospective first time in college and transfer students to explore our campus and learn more about Seattle University. Faculty, staff and current students will be on hand to give you information on Seattle University's academic programs, student life opportunities, and the admissions and financial aid processes.

Admitted Student Days

April 2025

The Admitted Student Days offer admitted students an opportunity to meet with deans, faculty, representatives from student services departments, financial aid counselors, and members of student organizations. Workshops will be offered throughout the day—Majors and Lab/Facility Tours, Living on Campus and Housing Tours, Career Engagement, Academic Advising, Education Abroad, Core Curriculum, Community Engagement and more.

PNACAC Spring College Fair

The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) invites you to plan your future. Students, parents, and counselors are welcome to attend the Spring College Fair in Seattle. More than 100 colleges from across the country are usually represented!

Pacific Northwest Jesuit Excellence Tour

Seattle-area prospective applicants considering pursuing their undergraduate degrees at a Jesuit institution are encouraged to stop by the Jesuit Excellence Tour, a college fair that allows admissions staff from Jesuit colleges and universities to answer your questions regarding their institutions and the application process. Representatives from 15 Jesuit colleges and universities will be present.
