Developing Leaders for a Just and Humane World

At Albers, we strive to offer a business education that not only meets high academic standards but also instills a sense of ethical leadership, true to our Jesuit principles.

As you embark on your journey with us, you’ll find that Albers is more than just a place to study. Our faculty are dedicated to both your academic success and your growth as a responsible leader. The curriculum is designed to challenge you, including community service, discussions on leadership ethics, and numerous opportunities to engage with the Seattle business community through mentorships, speaker events, consulting projects, and internships.

Our small class sizes ensure a supportive learning atmosphere where every student’s voice can be heard. The diverse backgrounds of our students and faculty lead to enriching discussions, helping you to develop a well-rounded perspective. Additionally, our low student-to-faculty ratio means you’ll get the individual attention you need to excel.

We encourage you to visit our website to discover more about what makes Albers unique. We believe you’ll find that our community stands out as an exceptional place to learn and grow. Consider joining us in our commitment to developing leaders who are ready to make a meaningful contribution to the business world.

Advisory Boards

The Albers Dean’s Executive Advisory Board is made up of eminent business leaders from the Puget Sound region. They work with Dean Joe Phillips and the Albers faculty to provide invaluable input and communicate industry needs. Members of the advisory board also serve Albers by advising on the development of new curriculum, lecturing, mentoring students, and collaborating on class projects.

In 2022, the board created a new membership category, the Recent Alumni member.
