The faculty in the Department of Accounting teach subjects such as Principles of Accounting, Auditing, Federal Income Tax, Financial Statement Analysis & Security Valuation, and Risk Advisory and Assurance. Members of the Accounting Department also partner with United Way of King County in providing student volunteers for the annual Low Income Tax Prep Program, preparing tax returns free of charge.
