For over 30 years the highly acclaimed Albers Mentor Program has connected students with business leaders to enhance their career development.

The Albers Mentor Program provides graduate level and senior undergraduate business students with the unique opportunity to interact with upper-level executives from leading Puget Sound companies and organizations. Small groups of 1 to 3 students meet monthly with a mentor throughout the academic year. Students can develop business contacts, access industry information, and gain valuable insights from experienced and successful professionals. Mentors have the opportunity to give back and support students in their career goals and professional development.

Students complete a Mentor Selection Form in early fall to officially join the program and be matched with a mentor.

Albers Mentor Fair

The program kicks off every fall with the Albers Mentor Fair. This provides a chance for students to meet and interact with the mentors in person before joining the program and being matched.

Students meet with their mentor every month to discuss a variety of topics including resumes, interviewing, job search techniques, networking tips, industry insights, business cases, work culture.
