Mentoring Objectives & Scope

How to support the mentees holistically. Varied topics from job interviews, salary negotiations, leadership development, resume and LinkedIn reviews, integration of DEI, and other topics of interest for the mentees. I would like to be available to support them in their development and less about what my objectives are.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I'd like to co-create a time with the mentees as to when would work best and where. I would like to meet some in person and be flexible with virtual when needed.
