As the Director of Field Service, I am responsible for leading a team of Region Service Manager, Fleet Service Managers, Technical Service Managers and Region Engine Service Managers. I work with internal departments to work on solutions to improve customer uptime and I work with key customers to reduce downtime issues. My position requires me to travel up to 50% of the time.
