Within the Commercial Enterprise division at Microsoft, I lead a technical sales team working with the largest Banks and FinTech companies as they modernize and innovate with AI. In my work I partner closely with Microsoft enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, align technology to achieve their goals, and relay marketplace insights to engineering and product teams. As a leader I coach senior sales professionals to grow their skills and develop their career.

Employment History

My 20-year professional career has centered on commercial and sales leadership roles in various B2B sectors. I have had experience in digital media, travel, and technology industries leading commercial and GTM roles building skills in value proposition, revenue generation, partnership negotiations, and new market segments. I have often found myself in emerging technologies and business models where a growth mindset is required to be curious, learn, and move quickly.

My background may help mentees prepare for a professional shift or step-change to take on more scope or leadership. I am passionate about supporting managers to lead people and make decisions. From my own SU MBA experience, I am passionate about how the Jesuit ethos of cura personalis (care for the entire person) can be brought to life in even the most demanding business settings. Through two decades of leadership in some of the world's most exciting companies I hope to share people management tools mentees can apply in their role.
