I have 15 years of experience in building enterprise systems. I am is a technical expert in the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced software and infrastructure for enhanced user support in telecom applications. As Principal Architect for T-Mobile, I lead the design and implementation of large cross-platform solutions to enable and optimize our customer support strategies and solutions. As Principal Architect I am required to leverage my deep understanding of telecom and software to develop innovative solutions and strategies to align overall solution architecture to T-Mobile's product and services strategy. I contribute to the organization strategies by using best practices and integrating data and services from multiple internal and external sources to ensure that customer support solutions are optimized and fine-tuned to provide best customer experience. I own the E2E solution strategy across care and retail teams, and partner with other architects across the organization. I am passionate about utilizing composable architecture strategies to aid the creation and management of reusable components across the entire spectrum of web development, from frontend UX to backend coordination and content management. My current focus is building telecom CRM tools that leverage micro-frontend, artificial intelligence, and machine learning algorithms to boost efficiency and improve the product experience.
