Job Description

As the MTS Software Engineering at T-Mobile, I lead the transformation of T-Mobile’s customer support experiences with focus on modern digital solutions. I works closely with external partners and other organizations within T-Mobile to drive end to end architecture and design strategy. With competencies across both telecommunication and software engineering platforms, I plays a pivotal role in delivering strategies that provide rapid realization of T-Mobile's Omni-channel business needs with rich and consistent user experiences. My current focus is building telecom CRM tools that leverage micro-frontend, artificial intelligence, and machine learning algorithms to boost efficiency and improve the product experience.

Motivated and results-oriented Technology professional with proven track record in  delivering technical and architectural leadership for complex care tools, I have played a key role in shaping the architecture of T-Mobile's CRM solutions. I am an expert in areas of architecture, full stack application development, cloud and AI. Past positions at T-Mobile include Principal Architect and Senior Architect for customer Care; Sr Developer for Cloud & Developer on T-Mobile’s Customer facing web Platforms. Prior to T-Mobile, I worked as a software developer in Infosys.

Graduate degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication from Birla Institute in India 

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

Show the students perspectives to approach complex issue. Help them figure out career goals and choices in the evolving world of AI, Constructive feedback on their current journey. I have been fortunate to have had some great mentors who shaped my journey and outlook. I hope to be able to share my personal and professional learnings and be an advisor to students as they prepare for their next steps.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

My meeting availability is primarily after work hours during the week and on weekends. Since I am local to Seattle, I plan on a mix of in-person and virtual meetings at Seattle university or Online.
