Gardens

Garden tours can be tailored to your group’s interests. Tours can highlight our sustainable, 100% organic and pesticide-free landscaping practices, the edible gardens, compost tea operation, or garden history. To learn more about SeattleU's gardens, please click here. Compost Facility

How does our onsite facility annually turn 178,000 pounds of pre-consumer food waste from C-street into compost for the campus gardens, all without odor issues while located in a large city, adjacent to apartment buildings and restaurants?
