ANTH-2120 : Cultural Anthropology

In this course, students are Introductionduced to basic concepts, methods, and applications of cultural anthropology. Ethnographic case studies demonstrate human cultures and encourage a culturally relative understanding of and appreciation for diverse societies and their values. Special attention is paid to how globalization impacts human cultures and how the work of anthropologists can be applied to solve contemporary social problems.
