About this Course

While in residence, participants generate and conduct an executive-leadership project, under the direction of the faculty. They must weave theories and best practices learned from coursework as they lead a project related to one of the following: an entrepreneurial venture, significant endeavors at work for which students have primary business responsibility, or the intersection of business and social justice. Importantly, participants must be responsible for generating vision, aligning others, and guiding people through change to achieve the outcomes desired.
