About this Course

This course builds on the foundational work from TEED 5113 regarding the education of culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) K-8 students. Teacher candidates will apply principles of culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, the language of schooling, and scaffolding instruction for CLD learners across content areas. Course concepts and pedagogical skills will be applied in field settings.
