The Center for Jesuit Education (CJE) offers multiple pathways for Seattle University faculty and staff to develop in their understanding and experience of the Jesuit Catholic mission.
This Mission Developmental Model charts out CJE offerings as a guide for staff and faculty to grow and deepen their understanding of the mission throughout their time at Seattle University, in the following ways:
ENCOUNTER: Learn about and experience the mission
ENGAGE: Deepen engagement with the mission
EMBODY: Integrate the mission into life/work
EMPOWER: Lead others to encounter, engage and embody the mission
