Photographs

Photographs will be available one to two weeks after commencement via the GradImages photo website. For assistance, please contact GradImages' Customer Service Department at (800) 261-2576. Families and friends may take pictures with graduates outside the arena after the ceremony.

Diplomas

Students are not considered officially graduated until the Office of the Registrar verifies that all university and degree requirements have been met. Degrees will be posted by June 21, 2024. Once degrees are posted, diplomas will be produced and sent to graduates.

  • Allow 4-6 weeks to receive your printed diploma via regular USPS mail
  • Account holds (financial, parking, and library) must be resolved before receiving your diploma
  • Update your mailing address on mySeattleU prior to June 21
  • Your electronic diploma will be emailed to your Seattle University account about 2-4 weeks after commencement

If you need proof that you earned your degree before you receive either version of your diploma, please. An official transcript will state the following:

  • The terms and term dates you attended Seattle University
  • Each class and the number of credits you were enrolled in for each term
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Degree
  • Date degree was conferred (earned)

Livestream

A livestream of the ceremony will be available on the Seattle University YouTube channel following the event. This is a wonderful alternative for guests who were not able to attend in person.
