Making a Seattle University Education Affordable
With generous scholarships, institutional grants, and other financial aid, we work hard to put a Seattle University education within reach. Here are some other ways we make funding your education easier.
Apply for financial aid using the FAFSA if you are a U.S. citizen, an eligible non-citizen with a valid social security number, or a student from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau. If you do not qualify to file the FAFSA, you can file the WASFA to apply for financial assistance.
Seattle University offers a 40-percent discount on tuition in the summer, so you can get ahead while saving money.
We subsidize half of the cost of a monthly Seattle transit pass, so you can experience the best the city has to offer without needing a car.
We lock in your scholarships for all four years if you maintain full-time enrollment and a cumulative grade point average of X.XX.
We want students to build professional skills and be compensated for their efforts. In 2025, the minimum undergraduate student wage is $20.76.
Enroll in an annual or quarterly payment plan at mySeattleU, so you can pay each quarter’s charges in three payments.
