Chris Mohrhardt

Adjunct Professor, Department of Economics

Biography

I strive to help students enjoy learning the fundamentals of economics and apply them to the world they see around them. Economics should not be complicated or esoteric. Ideally, economics gives students a language and set of analytics tools and frameworks to understand the messy, complicated real world in which we live.

Outside of the classroom, I attract talented people and motivate them to do their best work. I'm an analytical global leader with expertise in finance, sales & partner incentives and operations at Google and Microsoft. As a high integrity, self-aware leader, I listen to learn. By balancing family, work, health and community, I am a composed leader in times of uncertainty.
