Biography

Elizabeth Mulherron-Cayton graduated from the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University with her PsyD in Clinical Psychology in 2023. She is working to obtain her psychologist license. Previously, Elizabeth received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University (2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (2016). She has experience working in university counseling centers, community mental health centers, the justice system, and high school settings. She has training to address a wide range of mental health challenges and diagnoses faced by young people and their families. Elizabeth takes an integrated approach to therapy, focusing on time limited dynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to provide evidence informed treatment in a warm, compassionate, collaborative manner.
