Jessica Vu, MAEd, LMHCA, NCC

Jessica Vu (she/her) graduated from Seattle University with her MAEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. She is working to obtain her mental health counselor license in Washington State. Previously, Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington Seattle (2018). She has experience working in university counseling centers, mental health treatment centers, and community mental health services. She has training to address a wide range of mental health challenges and diagnoses. Jessica utilizes an integrated approach to therapy, including solutions-focused brief therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic theory, and multicultural social justice counseling to provide evidence-based treatment in a collaborative, compassionate, and reflective manner.
