Justin Dolce

Personal Bio

After graduating from WSU Justin got his first post college job working on Microsoft’s College Recruiting team. He then joined Amazon’s Campus Recruiting team where he spent over 5 years on several different recruiting teams, all of which targeted college students. Justin recruited students with backgrounds ranging from Computer Science, to Supply Chain and Logistics, to MBA students for a wide variety of positions within the company. He then spent several years at Moss Adams recruiting accounting students roles in tax and audit. Now having made the transition to Career Advising, Justin couldn’t be happier!

When not trying to help Seattle University students advance their career, Justin can be found running on the trails of Tiger or Cougar Mountain, training for his next Ultra-Marathon.
