Biography

About Lynette Pang

Lynette Pang is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. She has 20+ years of counseling/clinical supervision/crisis management/leadership experience working with in a variety of behavioral health settings including community mental health, community re-entry programs, and private practice clinics. Lynette works primarily with adults and older adults and holds a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist credential. Her clinical interests include multicultural counseling, specifically Asian American/Pacific Islander mental health, and mid-age/aging-related issues. In addition to her private practice, Lynette has been a clinical supervisor for a local group practice and currently facilitates a mentorship group for new associate clinicians. Lynette also participates in the Shoreline Schools PTA Council Mental Health Committee to provide mental health psycho-education to students and families. She is also an advocate for elevating accessibility to behavioral health services within the Asian American/Pacific Islander and other marginalized communities.
