Accreditations

Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling 

The in-person Clinical Mental Health and in-person School Counseling programs are accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). CACREP is the premier accrediting body for graduate counseling programs. Accreditation provides recognition that the content and quality of a program has been evaluated and meets standards set by the profession.

The School Counseling program meets or exceeds the standards set for by the Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) in the state of Washington.

Online Clinical Mental Health and Online School Counseling 

The Online Clinical Mental Health and Online School Counseling programs are modeled after CACREP best practices and are currently in the accreditation process.  
 
Online Clinical Mental Health Counseling will conclude the accreditation application process in 2025. Online School Counseling will conclude the accreditation application process in 2026.

Master in Teaching & Transformational Teaching and Learning (MEd)

The Master in Teaching program meets or exceeds the standards set for by the Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) in the state of Washington.

School Psychology 

The School Psychology program is nationally accredited and recognized by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and is fully accredited by NASP through 2031.
