The Office of Planning and Real Estate helps the University comprehensively study, evaluate, define and prioritize capital projects and options.

The Office also:

  • Manages leases.
  • Maintains building and room data and information.
  • Ensures campus growth balances University and community interests.
  • Manages space moves throughout campus.

When the University renovates, changes space use, or constructs new buildings, the Office monitors compliance with the City’s Major Institution Master Plan requirements.
