The Office of the University Ombudsperson provides informal, independent, impartial and confidential* conflict management services to all employees of the university.

The Seattle University OUC acts as general counsel to the University. Its attorneys are the chief legal advisors to the University, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The OUC directs the provision of all legal services for Seattle University, consults with expert attorneys in specialized areas, and coordinates litigation.

Facilities Maintenance and Operations resolves maintenance issues and meets the needs of the campus community. Urgent requests (ex. safety related issues, loss of power, food prep equipment, living and working conditions) are responded to as quickly as possible.
