Seattle University is committed to promoting a safe and healthy environment that supports the growth and achievement of university community members. Academic Safety partners with laboratories, academic shops, fine arts studios, the theatre, and other teaching and research activities across campus to develop and implement programs and tools in service of campus health and safety.

Safety Management

Seattle University uses CampusOptics to track chemical inventory, safety equipment, and other key components of safety management. All community members can access CampusOptics through SSO.

Safety Data Sheets

Safety data sheets (SDSs) are available for all hazardous materials on campus through the public access database.
