Because of the confidential nature of the information stored, access is carefully monitored to assure best privacy practices. Access to the Alumni and Donor database is typically restricted to University Advancement staff.

Request Access

To initiate access for Raiser's Edge, you must:

  • Fill out the form below.
  • Complete Seattle University's FERPA training. University employees should complete the training assigned by HR. Student workers may click here to access the training. Student workers should send a screen shot of their verification screen to REHelp@seattleu.edu This screen shot should include a) name and b) confirmation that the training has been successfully completed.
  • Sign the Confidentiality Policy E-Signature form, which may be emailed or routed through campus mail to Advancement Services.
