Resources For Living is a Seattle University sponsored program for employees, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. Counseling sessions for emotional well-being and daily life assistance are available face to face or online with tele video with up to 9 sessions available per issue per year. Chat therapy is also available with 1 week of service equating to 1 non chat session. Other services include an online resource library, discount center, identity theft services and my Strength which offers self-paced tools to improve emotional health and wellbeing.

Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the United States. The university does not receive or collect information identifying employees who participate in Resources for Living services, nor does the university consider an employee’s participation or non-participation in the services in any way as it relates to the employee’s position at the university.
