Mark your calendars, April 7-8th!

This April, we are inviting computer science students from Seattle Colleges, University of Washington and Seattle University (SU) to the SU campus to develop software inspired by technology in fantasy and fiction. What does that mean? It means you could develop a version of the Marauder's Map that will show you where your friends are in real time on campus. It means you could develop an AR version of Dejarik to play with others. You'll be working in small groups of up to 4 people. Come with a group or join one when you arrive.

Regardless of your skill level, all computer science students are invited to attend. Admission is free and winners will receive amazing prizes.

Food will be provided for both days of the event.

WHEN: Saturday, April 7, 9am-9pm and Sunday, April 8, 9am-9pm

WHERE: Seattle University, Chardin 145

Sign up begins today at http://sucs.club/hacksuRegistration

After sign up, attendees will receive updates and additional information about the event via email. On the day of the event, attendees will need to agree to the code of conduct, rules, media release and a waiver in order to participate.

The flyer for the event can be found at https://goo.gl/v2nb66

If you have questions or want to volunteer, please email the HackSU Committee Chair Valerio Marcelli at marcelli@seattleu.edu

Hope to see you there!
