Colette Hoption is an associate professor in the Albers School of Business and Economics. She completed her PhD in Management at the Queen's School of Business (now known as the Smith School of Business) in Kingston, Ontario and also holds bachelor's degrees in French studies and psychology. Her research interests include followership, leadership, humor, and apologies.
